Most of the damage was done to PFC Stewart's elbow. They had him in surgery
and reattached his hand. Then they did some surgery and cleaned out the wounds.
After that they sent him to Germany where he stayed for a few days. 

He was taken to Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. After he got there they
did a procedure on Thursday the 24th they did a 9 and 1/2 hour surgery for bone
repair.

Monday, the 28th. they did skin graft.

He will be at Walter Reed for thirty or sixty days. We are not sure what they will do
after that.
